Cecily Rose

Cecily Rose is an assistant professor of public international law at Leiden Law School in the Netherlands. Her research concerning transnational criminal law and international dispute settlement involves the use of empirical methods. Cecily previously worked at the International Court of Justice, the Special Court for Sierra Leone, and in private practice at Steptoe & Johnson LLP. She holds a Ph.D. and LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, a J.D. from Columbia Law School, and a B.A. from Yale (English Literature).
